Home Managers assist with the ongoing care and coordination of client homes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable acting as a trusted point of contact.

Household oversight and coordination
Vendor scheduling and communication
Home restocking and organization
Seasonal preparation and check-ins
Supporting calm, well-run home environments

Help keep daily life moving smoothly.
This role supports clients with errands, logistics, and time-saving tasks. It’s well suited for someone dependable, efficient, and comfortable working independently.

Grocery shopping and restocking
Pick-ups and drop-offs
Light organization tasks
Time-sensitive errands and coordination

Provide trusted, attentive care for families.
NOVA works with caregivers who genuinely enjoy working with children and understand the importance of safety, communication, and reliability.
May include:
Short-term or occasional childcare
In-home support for families or visitors
Activity planning and supervision
Supporting family routines as needed

Care for pets as if they were your own.
Pet sitters support clients with in-home pet care, check-ins, and coordination while owners are away or busy.
May include:
Pet sitting or drop-in visits
Feeding, walking, and basic care
Communication and updates for clients
Respectful care within private homes
Many NOVA clients value privacy and consistency. All contractors may be subject to background checks, reference verification, and onboarding requirements depending on the role.
